Privacy Policy
Sois ("we", "us") provides a business workspace platform and companion mobile applications ("the Service") at sois.ai and associated domains. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Sois web platform and the Sois mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, language preference, and sign-in credentials (passwords are stored hashed; passkeys never leave your device).
- Workspace content — the business data you and your team choose to store: contacts, documents, calendar events, tasks, messages, invoices, and similar records.
- Phone and voice data — if you use calling or voice-assistant features: call audio, voicemail recordings, transcripts, and the phone numbers involved, processed to provide those features.
- Usage and diagnostics — basic technical logs (device type, app version, error reports) used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service, including AI-assisted features you invoke.
- To process voice and text through AI models when you use assistant features — content is sent to our AI processing providers solely to fulfil your request.
- To handle billing (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and the app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers acting on our instructions — cloud hosting, content delivery, AI model providers, email delivery, and payment processing — under contracts that restrict their use of it, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account or workspace is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings → General → Delete account, or ask your workspace administrator to remove you. Deleted records are removed from live systems promptly and from backups on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under UK and EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the statutory period.
International transfers
We host in the United Kingdom and European regions where possible; where data is processed elsewhere, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children.
